I know this is a shot in the dark, but is anyone else trying to use "Taxwise Online" from CCH Small Firm Services for your work? I know the 2015 version doesn't work with JAWS except for the Interview. I'm trying to engage in a conversation with CCH SFS to get this fixed, and I would appreciate knowing anyone else who has tried to use Taxwise Online 2015 and failed miserably with JAWS.

If you fall into that category, it doesn't matter which version of JAWS you have. Adrian Spratt has helped me test that theory. It doesn't matter if you use Chrome or Internet Explorer. We tested that one too. And it doesn't matter if you use Internet Explorer 10 or 11. The Taxwise Interview works fine, and the software management works perfectly. It's just the tax forms where none of the fields are labeled. We went through this about two years ago, and the company fixed it. Now we're back at square one, and I'm the only one yelling about it thus far. If you need access to Taxwise Online, please let me know so we can yell together to get this resolved.

I should add that Taxwise is not consumer software. It is professional tax software that some of us use for our jobs.

For an accessible tax filing product for consumers, I recommend MyFreeTaxes.com from United Way which is completely and totally accessible. And it's free if your income is under $62,000 this year. There is a captcha at the end, but a CLEAR audio captcha is available.

Thanks for any feedback.
