Hi Maria, When you get the message that Maximize is unavailable, this means that the screen is already maximized. Also, if you press, F11, this puts the screen in Full Screen mode, & this mode will make the menues unavailable but, pressing, F11, again should turn the Full Screen mode off. Take care. Mike
