Hi Jim, That's exactly what I thought after updating. Because Jaws 16 apparently isn't seeing that I have Jaws 17 installed! LOL LOL But, Both Jaws 15 & 17 show the correct number of SMA's / upgrades available. Take care. Mike Global warming? How did you get an SMA with "3" upgrades? The most that I seem able to purchase on an SMA is only 2 upgrades. Jim H
