Recently I posted an email about Freedom Scientific archived webinars regarding pause/play not working. I contacted FS tech support via email and below is the response they sent. "Because you are not in the actual webinar environment when listening to this webinar, this feature is not available. If you desire to have these controls, I recommend you download the MP3 file and play it in Windows Media player or similar utility where these controls are available to you." I've never downloaded an MP3 file and don't know how to use Windows Media player so as soon as I do some research and try to learn how to do these things I'll give this a try ...... I may have some questions regarding this in a future post. Thank you all for your responses ...... very helpful. Laura
