HI All,
Earlier today there was reference to dlee.org as the source of great Skype scripts for JAWS. Under Skype 6.2 and above, there was an A and a B version. I first tried to download the A version, the one at the bottom of the web page, but Semantec completely blocked the A version. I was able to download the B version, but Semantec argued with me, wondering if I really wanted to ignore the warning. I decided to overrule Semantec, based upon having heard about the web site from this list, and also because I think I had the same issue back a couple of years ago when I first learned of those scripts, and I encountered no problems after that first install of the Skype scripts. I download lots of files and software installation .exe files, and I do not remember getting this block attempt with other downloads. If the site had not been recommended by people on this list, I would not have overruled Semantec! Does anyone know how I can pass this information to the kind person who provides those Skype scripts? I tried but failed to find a contact email option on the dlee.org web site. If you know how to reach him, you can simply forward my note to him, and he can contact me off list if I can be of assistance in providing information about what happened. Sincerely, Tim Ford
