Hi Kimber, I don't think you're doing anything wrong. When you switch back to the pc cursor, and use the arrow keys, Jaws says selected, but just ignore this. If you just carry on to the end of the instructions you should find that it's worked. I've just checked the instructions using Jaws 15 and it works here.

I can move the mouse cursor to the program button and lock it there, but when I switch back to the pc cursor and try moving the button all I hear is "selected" and the button doesn't move.
