Good morning list,
I use to be able to read a message and hit escape to close it as well as being able to reply with Control R and a few others, only in JAWS. I now have to close the message with alt F4 once then again to delete it. I have reinstalled JAWS 13, but the problem persist. Suggestions and or ideas? Thank you in advance for any replies.
