James,

I have noticed this as well about things not reading quite correctly in that list view. I must say, I kind a wonder why. I wonder if we was to reclass that window type as a standard list view, would that force jfw into reading it correctly, or would that only further screw things up? One thing that I don't know if you were aware of that you can actually do, and this works by the way in pretty much any list view which has various header columns. If you hit ctrl+jawskey+1 through whatever, it will read that associated column. So, for instance, let's say that the first column of this particular list view was the file name... Pressing ctrl+jawskey+1 would read you the file name. Say the second column was the file size... keep in mind, this is only an example. I probably most likely have these columns out of order entirely. The concept still remains however. Anyway, we'll say that second column is the file size. So hitting ctrl+jawskey+2 while focussed on that list view would read the file size. It's important to mention that I'm referring to 1 and 2 on your numrow, not on the numpad. I'm not 100% entirely certain this would work with Mu Torrent, A K A, Utorrent, but, it's definitely worth a try.

Just thought I'd throw that out here in case you weren't aware of it.

Chris.

Subject: JAWS 14 and latest UTorrent?

So I've finally got things set up enough that I can start getting back some of the material I lost over the years. And that leaves me with a question of
sorts. How well does JAWS 14 work with the latest version of Utorrent?
Specificly, for some reason, JAWS doesn't actually read the name of the
current downloading torrents unless I use the JAWS cursor. Is there a
setting, either in Utorrent or in JAWS itself, that I can change so that it
does? It's minorly annoying if there isn't, but not really a huge
dealbreaker. Any pointers would help
