I've done a little research on this and I think I've found the solution, but I thought someone here might have already dealt with it and would be able to share their experience. After opening the Word 2010 attachment I find that it opens in protected mode and I have to click into the document with the mouse to make JAWS focus and read it. Would this be corrected if I set Outlook to not open documents in protected mode? What other solutions might you have for me?
