Hi, when you are setting up your meeting invite you can tab through th
fields filling in the information e.g. invitees location etc. You will end
up in the text part of the invite.
To get to the date picker you need to use F6 to get to that part of the
screen. The F6 will take you to the ribbon, the text part of the invite
and the silent one if you press tab you will here different choices
depending on your installation.
In that silent part keep pressing tab and you will come to the suggested
times.
This description is a little vague, I have not had to use it much but it is
there and it does work.

Subject: Scheduling an appointment in Outlook 2010.

Hi All

I wonder whether anyone has had any success doing this please by using the
suggested time feature within the outlook calendar.

My employer have just rolled out Office 2010, and I haven't yet found a way
of picking an available slot, I bemoan the loss of auto pick.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks.
