Are you sure the latest update is completely gone? The damage 11 and 12 did to my home setup could be undone only by completely uninstalling them, and running the 10 installation in repair mode.

Using latest Jaws, Word 2013 as well. Why on earth does the tab key not work now? I am on a work deadline, and spent endless time only to discover that a normal tab is now done with shift-tab. Who would have dreamed that one up? Very backward. In Word, control-E to center text no longer works for me. Is this a Word change or a Jaws screw-up? I also find I can no longer use the normal tab or shift-tab in dialogue boxes. If I want to recheck a field, I have to cycle around again with the very frustrrating shift-tab. Sorry, I’m way behind on list messages as I’ve been away. Sorry if this has been talked about already. Is there something I can do to fix this other than going back to a previous Jaws version and registering my dissatisfaction with FS?
