As far as web browsing commands go, yes. The set-up is basically the same. In my experience, IE handles flash better than Firefox does, from an accessibility standpoint. One difference that is note worthy. To open the address field, you'll need to press Control Plus L, rather than Control plus O. Hope this helps!
