I bring up the start menu in windows seven and type hj pad in the search box
then press enter

Otherwise, I go to all programs and press j until I reach the JAWS User
Group, then press enter, then press r. the item is named run hj-pad

Utilities
Language
Help
About...
Exit

I do not find HJPad.

How, exactly do you get to it to use it?
