No one who knows more than I do has replied, so I'll make three suggestions:
1. Go through your JAWS quick settings in case something there is contributing to the problem. 2. Since this is happening on your computer at work, try to find out if anything on the network is interfering with JAWS' ability to handle the Internet correctly. 3. Contact FS. I don't recall any post describing this problem before. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sameer via Jfw Sent: Monday, June 23, 2014 11:38 AM To: JAWS Windows List Subject: JAWS 15 not reading webpages when virtual cursor is activated Dear List friends, I have been facing a strange problem with JAWS 15 & Windows 7 at work & request your assistance in resolving the same. Whenever I open any website in Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 30 or Chrome, JAWS does not read anything on the webpage. But when I turn virtual cursor off & move through the webpage by pressing Tab, JAWS reads the webpage properly. Request your kind assistance in making JAWS read the webpage with the virtual cursor activated. Thanking you all in advance for any & all assistance.
