Aidan, not an answer, but a note that July 4 is a holiday in the US, so if you're able to contact FS before 7 p.m. US Eastern Time, you might spare yourself a long and frustrating weekend. I don't know how feasible that is from your country. Right now it's 4 p.m. here.
