I have a HP LaserJet 200 color MFP M276 All-in-one printer. It connects
either directly to a PC, or, as we have it, on our home network. It is also
a touch pad, but I just ignore that and use it through Kurzweil, etc. I
haven't played with the HP software much. I have just installed the full
suite of drivers, so I now have all the Fax, Copy, etc., stuff on my PC. I
havent checked it out for accessibility, but I do know it prints well from
applications, and interfaces well with K1000.

What is the actual name of this HP software you have and version number. If
has an About option in its menu take a look there. Also for the version
number you can do insert ctrl v when the HP software has focus.
Thank you for this great info.

Barbara, I use the HP Photosmart 7520 Series printer. We purchased it from
Office Depot a couple of months ago. Despite the fact that it is a touch
screen printer, all of the functions can be accessed through the HP software
that you install. You can scan documents into a PDF format, and then read
that PDF using your Open Book software. Or you can simply use Open Book to
do this. This printer gives you a lot of flexibility, and for the money,
it's a good printer. You can send faxes with it too. Hope this helps!

Hi to all,
I find this group of folks so helpful, so need another suggestion from you.
I hope this question meets the criteria for this list. I use jaws, and also
have openbook scanning software, latest version. My all-in-one
scanner/printer is no longer working. Do any of you have any suggestions as
to the best compatible all-in-one printer that will work with openbook. I am
also using windows 8.0 on my laptop computer. I have been looking on the
page at Freedom Scientific regarding recommended scanners, however; there
seems to be very few options for the 4-in-one scanners and only one that is
wireless.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
