Try doing a JAWS repair, using the executable file for your current version of JAWS.

Just do an install, and when the JAWS wizzard comes up, select the modify or repair option. Select repair.

When it asks if you wish to remove personal settings, select yes. This will put everything back to factory settings.

Subject: jaws settings

Hi there. I am using Google Chrome, and windows 8 and Jaws 14.
All of a sudden the cursor keys do not work as they should while in google chrome. I seem to be stuck on web pages etc.
It works some but not consistently and I don't know what to try.
What is the way to reset to factory settings/ Is there any setting i can try to change?
Thanks.
Lovette
