Hi All, I just signed up for my NFL season pass for the audio live streaming. Games are on now, and when I tried to start either a home or away game, nothing started. I waited for 30 minutes or so on hold with their tech support. The guy said they had heard their new web site is not accessible, they are working on it, but not to expect screen reader access until they put up their new corrected web page, in time for the regular season.
I know several of you recommended the web site. Have you tried it yet this year to see if it still works? The tech support guy seemed to be pretty sure of what he was saying, he apologized, offered a refund, but he said to expect nothing until the regular season.
