Hello everyone! I am working with a client who uses both JAWS and Magic for his daily job. I had a chance to watch him do his work yesterday, and noticed that when both are running together JAWS is very sluggish in its response time, when using PDF files. He is pulling these up using web lay-out. When he tries to tab to links that are in his document, JAWS just announces Tab, but rarely says anything else. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what if any settings I can check/change in order to speed up the response time. Is there a way to do this at all? Many thanks!
