One thing you will want to do is to make sure you press Control plus G to
make sure you are not using the graphics interface.

Hi all, I would like to know if anyone is using the above security suite
successfully. I am a bit frustrated with accessing the menus/settings, and
particularly when I start a scan. I don't find any window that indicates
that a scan is in progress, like stats about the scan and particularly the
progress percentage.
I also need some keyboard commands to navigate the menus and the like.
Using
the JAWS cursor can "click" on things, but often it's a hit or miss to get
something to happen.
