I'm wondering if anyone knows why this started happening recently. When one of
my clients is reading mail in Outlook, and then goes to research something in
another program, when they return to Outlook the cursor returns to the top of
the email, so they have to scroll back down to wherever they were when they
left Outlook. I noticed the same behavior with webpages too. I can be halfway
down a page, click into another program, and when go back to the webpage my
cursor is back at the top.

This was not happening until a few weeks ago.
