My experience trying various MS courses is that they are not
particularly blind friendly.  The text is fine but trying to do the
exercises was pretty much a futile effort.

As for SQL I have found that it is generally easier to use command
line tools anyway so there really aren't a lot of accessibility issues
(I tended to prefer the command line tools even when I could see).
