Hi,
it's been my experience at least from the perspective of a user interacting with already established helpdesk sites through which one requests help (as opposed to a provider offering help through the software) that it does not work terribly well. for instance the controls used for selecting software about which one is asking for help or what version therein JFW can't find let alone interact with sorry to say. If something has changed since my last encounter with it I'd love to be enlightened.
