Gary, Thank you for your suggestion. I tried it, but I'm afraid it didn't work. It's very close to the method I was using. However, today, after more trial and error, I succeeded in downloading a book. Again, I have downloaded probably hundreds of books from Audible, and as of this weekend, something changed, at least for me. In case it helps anyone else, here are the steps:
1. On the download page, make sure the filters are correct for the book you're selecting. They're all combo boxes, so they're easy to find by navigating with the letter c. Below those boxes is the edit field Garry refers to. Type in the book's title and press enter. 2. right under the edit field, a line with the number of results appears. Here's the change. Before arrowing down, I must now press enter on that line, even though it doesn't display as a button or link. 3. then arrow down or just search for "download." My title search brought up only one result. I don't know what would happen if I had two books with the same title in my library. Presumably, or hopefully, both would appear after I pressed enter on that line. -----Original Message----- From: Gary King [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, October 25, 2014 6:12 PM To: Adrian Spratt; The Jaws for Windows support list. Subject: Re: Audible.com Adrian, Try this; it worked for me. Type your search term. You should hear the number of results. Use the Down-Arrow, and you should land in an edit field containing the title of the result. Tab once and then Down-Arrow until you find the book and the download link. Good luck!
