Just a guess, but you might try control tab to separate the documents, and
control f4 to close the undesired one.

This started last night. While working in a word document I get a strantge
message from jaws and can no longer work in the document. My husband said
it was a window within a window where a copy of the same document is
superimposed on the document. Does anyone know if there is a jaws command
