So I found that if you want to insert rows, for instance, you can use control 
shift equals, so basically control plus in other words. Then choose entire row 
or entire column. Note that if you choose shift cells, it's only going to apply 
to that cell, and the result will be a tilted table. Then once you've inserted 
one row or one column, use control Y to redo the last thing you did. Also, to 
delete rows or columns, use control dash.
