I can't find out from the FS website what the purpose of this upgrade is. They only seem to give the link. Any ideas?

So for those who cannot migrate to the latest version, they are trying to fix all the problems in JAWS15, so that Windows XP users will have a relatively stable version to use until they upgrade to a newer Windows version.
