I also can't say enough for the difference JAWS has made to me. But I think the original post reflects a tragic situation where someone doesn't have the means even to make sacrifices to pay for the software. I'm reminded of pharmaceutical drugs that cost too much to help people in many countries around the world. I'm not offering a solution, just trying to acknowledge the lister's frustration.
