Hi, Tom. As David said, if you use that link, you won't hear the Google
Instant prompts.
The difference between using that link, and turning off Google Instant in
the settings is that, if you use the settings option to turn off Google
Instant, it will only work if you are signed into a Google account, such as
YouTube, Gmail, or Google plus.
If you use that link, you won't hear the Google Instant prompts, no matter
if you are not signed into a Google account, and thus, are an anonymous user
to Google.

What am I missing?
In addition, if anyone can tell me how to turn the automatic bing search
feature off in Internet Explorer 11, that would be helpful too, since it
often gets in the way of Jaws navigation.
