I think it's ctrl+3 that will bring up your contacts list. When you are
finished, press ctrl +1 to get back to your email list.

Hope this helps.

Subject: How To Edit Contacts and Address Book In Windows Live Mail

Hi List Members,

I have a bunch of obsolete and frankly mysterious email addresses that want
to delete, or perhaps edit with an understandable display name. How do I
get in to start that process? All I can figure out is how to find the
contact list, but I cannot do anything with it.

One out of 10 people understand binary: those who do, and those who don't.
