I thought I'd give Blind Tunes a try. I have JAWS 15 and iTunes 12. I went to the site, paid my $14.95, received a PayPal receipt, downloaded, and started iTunes.
I received the welcome message with a warning that I had to disable the View Menu from the View Bar (or something like that). There were two options: purchase Blind Tunes and enter Serial Key. I tab to OK and get nowhere. Plus, I have no Serial Key. Was the serial key supposed to be sent in an email message separate from the PayPal payment confirmation. This has been an inauspicious beginning. The problem is now that I cannot use iTunes at all. Blind Tunes disables it. YIKES! Sent from my Yoga IdeaPad I.
