As I have figured out just now after trying the different tips/tricks. I
did figure out how to insert headers/footers, but I need to be able to read
them before I insert anything. This is imperritive for one of my newest
clients. Thank you for your help!!!

You guys are mixing up headings with headers and footers. Headings work with

insert-Z quik key navigation. A heading is like a chapter or text title for
a section of a document. They are hierarchical, as in Heading 1, 2, 3, etc.

Headers and footers are those bits of text that are placed in the margin
either at the top or bottom of a page. Very different beasts.

You can turn quick key navigation on to navigate the document as you would a
web page. It's interesting that you sent this email because I've just
started making word documents in 2013 for reports that I'm working on for
work.

Subject: JAWS and working with headers/footers in Office 2013

Hello everyone,

I've just taken on a new client for transcription who uses headers and/or
footers in some of their documents. I'm wondering can anyone give me a few
quick tips and hints on how to easily work with these in MS Office 2013?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
