True, but they haven't messed with this stuff much since the ribbon was added. I've e used 2007, 2010, and now 2013; trouble is I don't do the kind of expository writing I once did. As I said the other day, I always created page numbers as headers. You even have the option to use either Arabic or Roman.

Subject: RE: Page Numbering in Word 2007 Here's a suggestion. I use Word 2010, where page numbering is handled mostly by the insert ribbon and to some extent the references ribbon. Go to Google and see if you can get an answer there for 2007 using some of these terms. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Milton Ota via Jfw Sent: Tuesday, December 09, 2014 3:09 PM To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: Page Numbering in Word 2007 Hi Ted, I couldn't find it in either Page Setup or Page Layout. Remember, if you are using a later version than 2007 things changed a bit so I'm specifically looking for it in Office/Word 2007. Anyone else have a suggestion on where to look? _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com
