Solved my own problem. I ran the install from the download, and that worked
better.

I just ran the Jaws 16 installation CD and installed the update. But as was
previously discussed, Jaws 16 is nowhere to be found on restart. I’m
currently downloading the direct download from the website. But what is the
solution to install Jaws 16?
