Crystal,

As you probably know, FS is now making a distinction between JAWS bought for
individuals versus JAWS bought for office settings. It doesn't matter if your
individual computer, such as a laptop, is used for work purposes. FS is making
a distinction between use on a single system as opposed to use in a work or
school setting.

Because I had the old Pro version and my license will continue at that level
until I renew, my copy of JAWS 16 says "JAWS Professional." However, I work on
my own, so the next I renew, I'll be purchasing a so-called "Home " license,
when I'll get the same verbalization that you now get.

All that said, I don't know why FS felt compelled to add these extra words, but
this is the background they reflect.

Subject: simple question Jaws 16

Hi,
I have finally installed Jaws 16.

Sorry for a simple question, but why does it now say Jaws for Home Use?

I know I have the home edition, of course, but it seems like extra verbage,
that's all.
