Kimsan, if you're on Amazon, I encountered this problem several months ago. I think the solution involved a ridiculous amount of trial-and-error, ultimately leaving me uncertain until I placed the order and quickly checked my account before the 30-minute cancellation window expired.
You might consider giving up and doing the transaction via phone, if that's an option for you. In the process, you can complain on behalf of all of us who fear for the safety of our computer's monitors when frustration reaches a certain level.
