I didn't mean to imply that Amazon's customer service agents are not
helpful. They are, in fact, very helpful when it comes to adjusting
problems with your order. But if you tell them that their web site is not
very accessible to blind customers, they will simply promise to pass this
information on to the "appropriate party". But in the end, nothing changes.

This is not my experience. I'm guessing you encountered this with just one
customer rep. when something like this happens, ask politely to speak to
the supervisor. Or call back and get a more receptive person. Although
Amazon's website has several inherent frustrations, its people are
generally pretty helpful, and better than the norm.

Unfortunately, you cannot place orders by phone with Amazon. As I have
discovered, you have to place the order online and then call Amazon
customer
service at 866-216-1072 once you have received your email order
confirmation
and have them adjust your order to reflect the correct size. I have
complained to Amazon about the poor accessibility of their web site for
blind customers, but they don't seem to give a rat's ass.

Kimsan, if you're on Amazon, I encountered this problem several months
ago. I think the solution involved a ridiculous amount of
trial-and-error,
ultimately leaving me uncertain until I placed the order and quickly
checked my account before the 30-minute cancellation window expired.
You might consider giving up and doing the transaction via phone, if
that's an option for you. In the process, you can complain on behalf of
all of us who fear for the safety of our computer's monitors when
frustration reaches a certain level.
Amazon's phone is 866-216-1072.

I'm on this shop site, it says select a size, s, m l. No combobox.
I've done spacebar, enter, left mouse click, but it doesn't appear to
work.Suggestions?
