Hi all, first thanks for all the answers to all my questions.
I have a focus blue 40 classic and have Jaws 13 running windows 7 I have a dell desktop. Ok so the information is out of the way. Now for the question, For some odd reason I keep losing my jaws settings with my focus blue 40 classic Braille display. Here is what I do to save settings, When I go into the options menu of Jaws and choose Braille I open general and it almost always says there is no active Braille display and the combo boxes give me 3 choices 1 No display, 2 Focus, and 3 remote access Braille. I choose focus then go to add Braille display and my focus is always checked, Now when I tab to set it to Bluetooth, sometimes it's already set there and sometimes it keeps going to com 6. So then I tried hitting inser f2 and going to Braille and saving settings that way and I even restarted my computer after saving settings.
