I'd always heard that WordPress is fully accessible, but now that I have a 
WordPress-based website, I find it isn't completely true. As I've since 
confirmed, a screenreader user can't upload a document and create a link to it 
in the desired location. 

A Website developer who concentrates on accessibility has since advised me that 
she uses Drupal, which she says is fully accessible.
