Hello Lauren,
Try
1. place the cursor in the top left corner of the table,
2. Press F 8,
3. Control A to select it,
4. Control c to copy it to the clip board,
5. Press Control V to paste it into the new document.
In Excel
Press Control G and enter the co-ordinates of the table, separated by a
colon, (A1:H5 for example,) and press enter to select a range of cells.
Cheers Kevin

Hi
Can you copy a table already in word to another document in word? How do you
do this using jaws 14 and windows seven or eight and word 2013 or 2007?
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Lauren Snyder, Ph.D.
