Hello John, Here is the message I say in e-mail . FS technical support doesn't work on the weekend and holiday too. So you will have to call fs technical support on monday thru friday from 8:30 a.m. til 7:00 p.m. also fs customer service department on monday thru friday from 8:00 a.m. til 4:30 p.m.
