Hello! I think that the web-ex training Should not be an issue. Perhaps, you could convince the folks at HSN to allow you to do the assessment over the phone. Also a very good accessible way to share web-sites is through a site called Talking Communities. I've used it before, and I know that Freedom Scientific uses it for their webinars. It is very good.
