I can tell you the way I do this, and maybe it will help you. I open a new message, and type the names of the people I want to send the message to in the two field. After typing in the first few letters of the name, the email usually pops up for me. When it does, I press enter, and then type the next name. I repeat the process until I have al of the addresses up on the two field. Outlook automatically separates the email addresses by using a semicolon. I hope this helps you.

I got this step by step instruction online, but so far, Ive had no luck. Am I somehow missing a step or can someone enlighten me as to how to best do this? This is not for distribution lists as I would like to email different groupings of people at different times. Im using Outlook 2010 and the latest Jaws 16.
