Recently, I haven't had much luck using Google Translate with JAWS and Internet Explorer; the site used to be much more accessible. You may, however, be able to use it with Chrome if you install ChromeVox, a screen reader built specifically for Google Chrome. I heard that ChromeVox works well with Google Drive and other Google applications, so I recommend trying it with Translate. Alternatively, there is a Google Translate iOS app, which is accessible.
