Hi Robert, These are the changes I & many others have made to make the Jaws cursor work in Firefox. Change this value from "true" to "false" in the, about config page:
layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled set Boolean true I use Firefox 34.0 with JAWS 15.0.12085 and the JAWS cursor works quite well. See also this discussion: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1095971 This is the default setting: layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled set Boolean true This is what I changed it to: layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled set Boolean false With this line of text highlighted, press the application key to open the context menu & press enter on the toggle option to change its value from true to false.
