Hi all.
I discovered when arrowing around the context menue a feature that will notify you of any graphic changes you make. So, if you open the context menue on the desktop by pressing shift F10 when not focused on an icon you will arrow down to graphic options then arrow to balloon notifications where you can select enable or disable a notification that prompts you to accept the changes when you make them to a graphics setting such as rotating the screen.
