I use Acronis. Backups are barely accessible, by using the JAWS OCR Window command.
Restoring from backup is entirely different and not accessible, as JAWS is not running for a full restore, obviously. Restoring individual files, however, is just as accessible as the backup process. Because you must use OCR Window, this software is quite tricky. I don't recommend it for neophytes.
