Gary, This is useful information, and you're right, the applications key brings up a different menu depending on whether I reach the link by arrowing or tabbing. I hadn't known. That said, Audible's instruction to press the pass-through key combo is confusing when all a visitor need do is press enter to reach the item named in the link.

This is due to a long-standing problem that JAWS has of focusing a link. To see an example of this, arrow to a link; then press your Applications key and note the menu choices. Then tab to the same link and repeat the process. You should see a different menu.
