When I open the Start Menu and type HJPad, I find the following:

Run HJPad R

When I enter on the above, it reverts to my Desktop.

I'm stumped.

I suppose that perhaps Hj Pad is not on your computer.  As someone 
suggested, type HjPad in the search box and see what happens.
