Hello. It sounds like you may have inadvertently or not blocked the mail server side. You should probably white list any mail that you want to receive both server-side and client-side. The thing that makes me believe that this is not client-side is the fact that you would still have the mail in a spam folder on your machine, and it would not be kicked back.
